1. Who We Are

Evergreen Global is an independent service coordinator and authorized reseller for cable TV and satellite dish TV services across the United States. We are not a direct TV network operator or infrastructure provider. We act as an intermediary — coordinating packages, arranging installations, and managing communication between customers and licensed providers and technicians.

2. Package Orders & Service Arrangements

• All TV packages and plans are subject to availability at your service address. We verify availability before confirming any order.
• All prices displayed on our website include a $20 service arrangement and coordination fee applied on top of the provider's standard retail pricing.
• Following your order submission, a member of our team will contact you within 2 business hours during operating hours to confirm all details.
• An order is not considered confirmed until you receive verbal or written confirmation directly from Evergreen Global.

3. Free Basic Installation Policy

• "Free basic installation" is included with every TV package ordered directly through evegreenglobal.com at no additional charge to you.
• Basic installation includes: connection of the cable or satellite signal at one primary entry point, complete signal testing and verification, and setup and activation of one TV or receiver.
• Services beyond basic installation — including additional rooms, wall-fishing, cable concealment, TV mounting, custom equipment racks, or complex multi-zone setups — will be quoted and approved by you before any work is performed.
• Free installation applies exclusively to package orders. Standalone technician-only service calls are not included in this offer.

4. Technician Services

• Standalone technician service requests (not bundled with a package purchase) are subject to a service fee that will be communicated and confirmed with you prior to scheduling.
• You or an authorized adult (18+) must be present at the service address for the entire duration of the technician's visit.
• We reserve the right to decline service requests in locations outside our current technician coverage area.

5. Appointments — Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled arrival time.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with fewer than 24 hours' notice, or failure to be present at the scheduled time, may result in a cancellation or re-dispatch fee.
• Ongoing service subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to our support team.

6. Pricing & Payments

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your order.
• For subscription services, monthly charges are due on the same calendar date each month. Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to service suspension.
• All billing discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the charge date. Refund eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Evergreen Global collects personal information — including your name, address, phone number, and email — solely for the purpose of processing your order and delivering our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to provide and support your service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Evergreen Global operates as a service intermediary. We are not responsible for service interruptions, outages, equipment failures, or changes in pricing or channel lineups initiated by the underlying TV provider. In the event of a service issue directly related to our coordination or installation services, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Evergreen Global for the specific affected service period.
